Dilnimo Shipping Policy

At Dilnimo, we ensure that your glass-framed painting prints are delivered safely and efficiently through our trusted courier partner, Blue-Ex. Below are our shipping terms, incorporating the conditions set by Blue-Ex.

1. Shipping Partner: Blue-Ex

All orders will be processed and shipped via Blue-Ex Courier Services, following their terms and conditions of carriage. By placing an order with Dilnimo, you agree to these terms.

2. Delivery Time

We strive to process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO boxes or postal codes, as per Blue-Ex policy.
  • Shipments are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct as changes may not be possible once the shipment is in transit.

4. Inspection & Liability

Blue-Ex reserves the right to open and inspect your shipment without prior notice. In case of loss, pilferage, damage, or delay, Blue-Ex’s liability is limited to Rs.100 for domestic consignments and Rs.1,500 for international consignments. Claims exceeding these amounts will not be entertained.

5. Damage During Shipping

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any damage to the glass frame or artwork, contact us immediately at dilnimoartsandcrafts@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and work with Blue-Ex to resolve the issue.

6. Risk of Loss

Once your package has been handed over to Blue-Ex, Dilnimo is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit. However, we will assist you in filing claims with the courier in case of any issues.
