Please note that all products sold on our website are considered final sale. Due to the nature of our products, including made-to-order and print-on-demand items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, processed, dispatched, or delivered.
Damages and Issues
We encourage all customers to inspect their order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery at dilnimoartsandcrafts@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
All items, including sale items, customized products, made-to-order items, framed artwork, digital products (if applicable), and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Please carefully review product details, dimensions, and selections before placing your order.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once order is placed and production or processing has started.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to a verified issue, refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Dilnimo is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Fraud Prevention
Dilnimo reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold orders suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized transactions.
